In the CrossFit Teens class, teens improve their fitness in these ten fitness domains. They’ll also learn how the body works as they gain strength, mobility and functionality. Controlling the body during performance means they’ll gain muscle control! When body control improves, technique and performance improves.
At CrossFit Teens, we’ll explain how the exercises we’re doing in training translates to their sport–or into their everyday life–so teens know WHY we’re doing them. When that clicks, they make changes and SEE GAINS fast!
We’ve seen great progress when teens join the CrossFit Teens program at Real Fitness Sarasota. The CrossFit Teens program is for athletes of all levels: conditioned athletes, casual sports participants–even bored teens looking to add activity to an otherwise sedentary life. Don’t get nervous that someone isn’t fit enough to sign up–everything can be scaled! On the flip side, don’t think because a teen is already a star athlete, the class will be too easy. We guarantee it’ll be challenging. One more thing: We can say with confidence that the classes will be structured within the Spirit of CrossFit—where camaraderie builds community. So, nobody will be left out of feel discouraged.
Classes run every Monday and Wednesday at 5-6p. Cost is $115/mo (includes tax). Per class pricing is available when you purchase a 5-punch card for $80. 10-punch card $155.
