DAY 2 is down!! How did it go for all of you?? We’ve heard lots of great recipe exchanges between members at the gym !! Here is one for SWEET POTATO FRIES thanks to the PILZ FAMILY!! Keep up the good work everyone and keep supporting each other!!
SWEET POTATO FRIES
- Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees
- You will need 4 Sweet Potatoes, peeled, cut evenly 1/4 inch
- In a large bowl, mix two tablespoons of olive oil, crushed pepper, black pepper, sea salt, thyme and cinnamon. Place evenly on a baking sheet for 15 minutes, flip, then cook an additional 15 minutes.
