  • PARTNER 1:  40 HAND RELEASE PUSH UPS
  • PARTNER 2:  PLANK
  • PARTNER 1:  40 GOBLET SQUATS (55/35)
  • PARTNER 2:  DIP BAR HOLD

AFTER THE 2 ROUNDS, PARTNERS ROW 1,000 METERS SWITCHNG OFF EVERY 250 METERS.
